Cauliflower Hash Browns
Cauliflower hash browns is a great substitute for the conventional potato hash browns and can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Cauliflower
- 1 Onion minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Shred the cauliflower either by hand or food processor so that it looks like grated potato
- Add minced onion, egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir to combine
- Heat coconut oil over medium heat
- Form the cauliflower mixture into a ball and press down (it should be about the size of a normal potato hash brown
- When the sides start to turn golden brown turn the hash brown
- Keep flipping over carefully and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until done
