Cauliflower Cheese

  • 1 whole Cauliflower (medium head approximately 588g)
  • 150 ml cream
  • 50 g cheddar cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 50 g cheddar cheese (extra for topping)


  • Cook florets of cauliflower, make sure that it is quite dry and not any water left
  • Make cheese sauce by heating some full fat cream on low heat until it starts to bubble
  • Add grated cheese and stir until melted
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Put cooked cauliflower into a oven dish
  • Pour cream cheese over cauliflower
  • Add extra grated cheese on top of cauliflower
  • bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes or until cheese has browned
