Cauliflower Hash Browns

Cauliflower hash browns is a great substitute for the conventional potato hash browns and can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Cauliflower
  • 1 Onion minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Shred the cauliflower either by hand or food processor so that it looks like grated potato
  • Add minced onion, egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir to combine
  • Heat coconut oil over medium heat
  • Form the cauliflower mixture into a ball and press down (it should be about the size of a normal potato hash brown
  • When the sides start to turn golden brown turn the hash brown
  • Keep flipping over carefully and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until done
