A quick and easy mayonnaise to make at home which is delicious.  You can add as much garlic as you like or leave it out as well.  Its great to add some wasabi as well.

  • 1 Egg Whole
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 100 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100 ml Macadamia or Avocado Oil


  • Add egg, apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic and salt to a tall holder deep enough to put your plunger in
  • Blitz everything together until well blended
  • Add your oil by drizzling it into the egg mixture whilst blitzing at high speed
  • it only takes a minute or two and your mayonnaise will be ready
  • As soon as it is thick, scoop out in a sterilised bottle and put in fridge
  • Your mayonnaise will last for two weeks in the fridge
