Cauliflower Cheese
Cauliflower with cheese sauce is a great addition to your food, with healthy fats and delicious
Ingredients
- 1 whole Cauliflower (medium head approximately 588g)
- 150 ml cream
- 50 g cheddar cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- 50 g cheddar cheese (extra for topping)
Instructions
- Cook florets of cauliflower, make sure that it is quite dry and not any water left
- Make cheese sauce by heating some full fat cream on low heat until it starts to bubble
- Add grated cheese and stir until melted
- Season with salt and pepper
- Put cooked cauliflower into a oven dish
- Pour cream cheese over cauliflower
- Add extra grated cheese on top of cauliflower
- bake at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes or until cheese has browned
