  • Heart shaped sunny side up eggs and low carb bread

  • Baked eggs with chopped tomato and herbs

  • Baked avocado with egg in the hole

  • Egg muffins with cheese, vegetables and ham/ turkey

Lunch ideas

  • Tomato cream soup

  • Grilled chicken salad

  • Grilled haloumi salad

  • Strawberry and walnut salad

Dinner ideas

  • Grilled salmon with sweet bell peppers

  • Steak with pepper sauce and char grilled veggies

  • Zucchini noodles with pan seared prawns

  • Chicken drumsticks wrapped in bacon with black olives and cherry tomatoes

Side dish ideas

  • Grilled vegetable skwers

  • Oven baked mushrooms with garlic butter

  • Asparagus wrapped in bacon, pan seared

  • Our all time favorite and classic with any dinner – cauliflower (cauli) rice with herbs and a few dollops of butter

Low carb sweet treat ideas

  • Low carb pavlova with vanilla mouse and blueberries

  • Chocolate dipped strawberries

  • Coconut cream cheesecake served with mixed berries

  • Cacao pecan cream fat bombs
