Cauliflower Hash Browns
Cauliflower hash browns is a great substitute for the conventional potato hash browns and can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner

- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Cauliflower
- 1 Onion minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and Pepper
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
Shred the cauliflower either by hand or food processor so that it looks like grated potato
Add minced onion, egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir to combine
Heat coconut oil over medium heat
Form the cauliflower mixture into a ball and press down (it should be about the size of a normal potato hash brown
When the sides start to turn golden brown turn the hash brown
Keep flipping over carefully and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until done
