This is our list of top items to stock in our pantry and fridge:
Spices – pepper, chilli flakes, cinnamon, mixed spice, nutmeg, cardamom pods, ground coriander, cumin, ground turmeric, garam masala, ground cloves and whole cloves
Herbs – basil, thyme, coriander, oregano, parsley, bay leaves, sage
Nuts and Seeds – almonds, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pecan nuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
Oils and vinegars – butter, ghee, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, avocado oil, walnut oil, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar
Flours – almond flour, coconut flour
Condiments – coconut cream, coconut milk, miso paste, mustard, tabasco, Thai fish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Xylitol/Erythritol/stevia, psyllium husks, Himalayan salt
